Thanks to the direct link to our merchandise management and production planning system, fast costing, material planning and quotation preparation are a matter of course for us.

Procurement of components on behalf of the customer

In the case of customised components, it is possible to adjust the quantities due to minimum purchase quantities, packaging to be processed by machine or packaging units from the manufacturer.

Please pay attention to availability and delivery times when selecting your components. We can only start assembly once we have received all components.

Provision of components by the customer

In this case, please observe the following points in order to avoid problems in the production process and the associated delivery delays or reworking:

  • Please only send the components in the manufacturer's original packaging (rolls, trays, etc.) or in moisture-protected and ESD-compliant packaging that is designed for machine processing.

  • Please ensure that the components are delivered in a dry condition (see IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020D, IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033B.1).

  • In order to avoid delays in delivery, we require the components at least 5 AT before the agreed delivery date.

  • There is no incoming goods inspection for goods provided. We only check that the delivered goods (designation, packaging) correspond to the parts list and the delivery bill.
    When SMD components are processed by machine, additional quantities are required, especially for small designs, as small quantities may be lost when the machines are set up.
