Our materials warehouse always stocks most “standard components.”

Thanks to our direct integration with our inventory management and production planning system, rapid cost estimation, materials planning, and quote preparation are second nature to us.

Procurement of Components for Customer Orders
For customer-specific components, quantities can be adjusted based on minimum order quantities, machine-processable packaging, or the manufacturer’s packaging units.
When selecting your components, please note their availability and delivery times. We cannot begin assembly until we have received all components.

Provision of Components by the Customer
In this case, please note the following points to avoid problems in the manufacturing process and the resulting delivery delays or rework:

  • Please ship the components only in the manufacturers’ original packaging (reels, trays, etc.) or in moisture-proof and ESD-compliant packaging designed for machine processing.
  • Please ensure that the components are delivered in a dry condition (see IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020D, IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033B.1).
  • To avoid delivery delays, we require the components at least 5 business days prior to the agreed-upon delivery date.
  • No incoming inspection is performed on goods provided by the customer. We only verify that the delivered goods (designation, packaging) match the bill of materials and the delivery note.
  • When processing SMD components mechanically, additional quantities are required—especially for small component sizes—since small quantities may be lost during machine setup.
