MKC | Development | Assembly: in-house header hardware

In the area of hardware development, we work with several networked CAD workstations for creating schematics and layouts (Altium Designer). Because our development and manufacturing departments are closely integrated, projects developed in-house do not incur setup and adaptation costs for manufacturing, for example.

We can handle completely new developments as well as customer-specific modifications to our assemblies. In many cases, even a “seemingly” new development can be greatly simplified—and thus implemented more quickly and cost-effectively—by utilizing modules we already have in our portfolio.

In most projects, microprocessors, programmable logic (CPLD, FPGA), and high-quality analog components are used to solve the tasks at hand. Thanks to our many years of experience in hardware development, we are able to create cost- and manufacturing-optimized printed circuit boards and devices.

In the field of logic (CPLD, FPGA), we are currently working primarily with the following partners:

In the microprocessor sector, the requirements are so diverse that it is not possible to specify a single type, for example. Here, a new selection must be made based on the specific requirements in order to achieve the best possible price-to-performance ratio. The following overview lists the manufacturers whose microprocessors and signal processors MKC has already used:
